You'll still snowshoe through the UNESCO-listed Ordesa National Park and hike the limestone canyons of the Sierra de Guara Natural Park — just on your own schedule, with independently booked guides and rented gear. Getting there is easy: a budget flight to Zaragoza (Ryanair flies from London Stansted), then a shared shuttle or hire car into the mountains.
