Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details (name, username, email, profile bio, location), content you publish (itineraries, departures, reviews, join requests), payment details (handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and basic usage data needed to run the service.

2. How we use it

To run your account and membership, show your published content to other members, process payments, send service-related emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

3. What other members can see

Your public profile (name, bio, trip history, ratings, reviews) is visible to other members and, for published itineraries and open departures, to the public. Don't publish anything you don't want publicly visible.

4. Third parties we use

Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (Tour Buster itinerary generation — text you submit to the tool is sent to Anthropic's API), and Brevo (transactional email).

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time from your profile settings, or by contacting us. If you're in the UK/EU, you have rights under UK GDPR / EU GDPR including access, erasure, and portability.
